    Some fresh ones

Today is my 6th wedding anniversary and LOML was kind enough to go shpping and let me have some "free" time.

    So here they are.

On the left we have a PSI Platinum Big Ben kit wrapped in 1500 year old Irish Bog Oak.
On the right a 24k Big Ben Rollerball kit wrapped in Spalted Elm.

There is a mistake. 5 woodworking points to the one that spots it.

You mean your timing is wrong, it's not your 6th wedding anniversary.
Regardless Happy Anniversary. Very nice pens.

You forgot the "o" in shopping (or maybe the "I" in shipping). How do I redeem my 5 points?

BTW, tomorrow is my 7th anniversary. Unfortunately, no shp time for me : )

close but not quite. Everything compressed fine, I think what you are seeing is just the photography.

well, I got married on June 23rd of 2001, so I think that makes today the 6th anniversary. LOML will correct me if I'm wrong.

the mistake is on one of the pens, not my mispellings. pointing those out is too easy.

Ummm....Is it that the barrel of the spalted elm pen looks a little short?

                      You got that right!!!

                      Congratulations!!

I have no clue about making pens, but the middle looks like it is missing a spacer or something.

                        you getting good at this.

There should be a platinum trrim ring just above the black center ring. I had the parts out of order and put the upper barrel together before I noticed. Try as I might I couldn't get it back apart to correct it, so it sits as it is.
