My wife came across a picture of a small display case in a catalog and ask me if I could make one like it for her. Naturally I said I could so I took the photo and drew up some rough plans. I decided to make the first attempt using some scraps of pine and plywood before making one out of hardwood. Well the wife liked the pine one so much that she stained and finished it and is using it!

Witch router bits did you use for the top detail? I like itNobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't how hard you hit; it's about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward. How much you can take, and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done. Now, if you know what you're worth, then go out and get what you're worth. But you gotta be willing to take the hit, and not pointing fingers saying you ain't where you are because of him, or her, or anybody. Cowards do that and that ain't you. You're better than that! -Rocky Balboa-Comment
