She hasn't started using it yet. She is still just looking at it.

Good looking project. Not only does is reflect well on your skills, but I think her
customers will really appreciate picking up their items from something nice
rather than something that was slapped together.

If she has her reservations about it, maybe you could paint it Mary Kay pink.

Bit your tongue, you don't paint over nice wood like that!!!!

Now if she doesn't like it you could always ship it to me, I'm sure my wife will love it!!

There was suggestion of putting a Mary Kay sticker on it. She said it could be removed. I said that if she wants to put a sticker on it, I'll make it out of plywood in a weekend. I built it to last years and years and asked her what would happen when we move and decide to use the chest for something else. This she understood. Stickers tend to be hard to get off after a few months.

The other thing a stick might say is "free stuff". Right now, people have no clue what a chest is doing on our front porch.

That's a real eye catcher. I hope you can insert a security alarm in it. Otherwise they might pick up more than they have coming.

Each person's order is in their own bag, so hopefully everyone is honest. Although, with all the work in that chest, it would be heart breaking to have it vandalized or stolen. Oh, well. If that happens, she just gets a plywood box.

                      Joe,
That's a gorgeous looking chest and I am sure your GF appreciates it. Did you use the standard DT bit size that came with the jig or one of the other optional bit sizes?
