Excellent work! It's one of those projects that really brings out the beauty of the material used. And the design would've worked just as well with a nice hardwood.The war against inferior and overpriced furniture continues!

Sorry, MBG, the only pics I have are overall, no detail stuff. Delivered it yesterday, not sure I can talk DIL into letting me do pics in her house.
Funny you should mention those three items, though...all three were kinda wingin' it. Those were three things that I really didn't have a plan for how they were going to be when I did the plan. The legs were very much just trying different things till I found something that looked decent. The door was originally going to be two, then I could only get one set of the hinges I liked, so changed gears and adapted. The drawer pulls were literally glue up some stock, then start taking off material until it felt good in my hand. I almost outsmarted myself on that one, the first batch of stock I glued up had enough stock for six pulls, forgot about the door. Took me three tries to build one more that was similar enough to the others that I was satisfied.
KimMeasure it with a micrometer...
Mark it with a crayon...
Cut it with a chain saw!
