I am going to have to hint to Black wallnut that we need to think about making a bed like that for our little one. The way LOML works if I tell him now then we will have it by the time that Thomas is out of his crib.

All kidding aside I really like that bed and was wondering is that a crib size mattress or is that a regular twin mattress. It looks sturdy enough that I don't think even our oldest could have broken it, like he just did on his METAL WELDED bunk beds.

      GREAT JOB

        GREAT JOB
It's probably not as sturdy as metal bunks but it seems to hold my weight pretty well. It is a crib sized mattress so a fair amount smaller then a regular bed.

AND here is the matching nightstand that I just finished up. (more pics in link)

Fine workmanship, and interesting joinery. Very well done. Time for a new project.
