    A Genealogy Chest

Sandy, my wife, needed a place to store all of her Genealogy records so I built this 3 drawer chest using raised panels for the sides and back, it is finished on all 4 sides since it sits out in the open. It stands 29" high, 29" wide and 18" deep. It is built from soft maple, stained red mahogany with a poly finish. The design cut into the face of the drawers is done with a Milescraft Spirocrafter. http://www.milescraft.com/router/1204.html The drawer faces are done with the raised panel bit and a round over bit.

Looks very nice. You put some "craftsman details" on it, which really makes it llok nice.

How easy did you find the spirocrafter to use??

                              Nice job on the cabinet.
