    Thanks to everyone for your comments. I personally don't think there is any comparison between my work and Rod's, his work is great. I can only hope to be as good someday. Sorry about the sawdust Rod, I'll try harder next time.

        Doggone good looking cabinet/base there. Personally, I wouldn't worry about the sawdust -- it adds a touch of realism to the scene.

                          Do you folks do anything to protect the edges of the MDF? Or am I just so paranoic, or such a clumsy oaf, that I assume it'll get accidentally bashed, dinged, gouged, chipped, and so forth?

                            No "protection", but I haven't dinged anything yet...

                            I'm lucky - I have enough room to move around my Shed comfortably.

                                I don't use any protection on the edges and have not had any problems.
                                I did not make the drill press table. I bought it from Grizzly. It was on sale for $30. a month or two ago. Thanks again to everyone for all the comments.
