sears used to sell the power switch keys in blister packs in the same area that they had spare chuck keys and stuff in the retail hardware stores.

Someone else mentioned on another thread that a zip tie makes a usable replacement.

You could also unplug the motor cord and use a switched power strip to turn the saw on and off. I suggest this only as a temporary work-around, it's probably not a good long term solution.
