    That's amazing. Maybe it's the way the lumber is cut that emphasizes that degree of black, I dunno, but I've never seen black persimmon that black!

      Good looking jig. I like the width and length of the new one. I bet the added mass and the tension spring on the fence really adds stability. Next on my list of jigs is a sliding panel sled, but your tenoning jig will be after that.

          Really cool jig, Norm! If the fixed fence bottom is creating too much friction consider waxing it, just a thought
