I have a BT3000 W/Ryobi RE600 router mounted to the table. However I have trouble adjusting the height. It seems to have become very tight. I am looking for some suggestions. Or is there a better way, or new products for mounting my RE600 to my table?

I assume you are talking about adjusting the router height.
Can you adjust it when dismounted from the table? that should tell you whether your mounting is to blame, or if its the router itself.
Those inexpensive Ryobi routers are infamous for the plastic ring height adjustment giving trouble, if you have the type (fixed speed, fixed base) I am thinking about.
