    dissapointed

i bought the bt3100 a few monthes ago ,good saw however im very upset with ryobi, me being in canada (ontario)there are many bt3100's at the local home depot, after many phone calls (25) and voice recordings i finaly found an accessary kit ,it near cost more than the saw and the guy said he hasn't sold one for years (no wonder), after another 25 phone calls sears got me the basics, zero clearance, dado throat plates and router mounting kit,and those aren't in my hand yet,im very pissed off with the ryobi bt3100, if i could return it ,i would in a minute and get something that i wont have any problems getting accessories for,its not the saw its ryobi ,ive sent them an email and of course no reply,i just hope the sears pieces fit
if anyone has any suggestions im all ears
im just a canadian soldier based in Petawawa ontario who is really interested in woodworking, and i dont have time to dick around with table saw accessories
    Sorry guy's im just frustrated
    Thanks

Sorry to hear about your experiences. Ryobi is clearly winding down support for it. I can only suggest monitoring this forum. Its a pretty wide support network and someone somewhere should be able to find you what you need.

PS Thanks for being a Canadian soldier.

        HEY!!!!
I went thru this in September ... Home Depot will special order in the kit for $143 CDN ... simply ask for a better price and tell them that you can get it from the US for $99USD ...

The other choice is to call Dixie Sales in N.B. ...

for reasons unknown, Rybobi has never been real big on selling the accessories to this saw, my thinking is that they are batch oriented company rather than continuous production and they'll make a run of a particular model and then sell them at real low prices. continuously putting out accessories was not a plan. They did put out a whole bunch of accessory kits a few years back as a promo..

Anyway, most of the stuff the real ryobi BT fan base don't think is that great, read the FAQ linked below my sig line. You can make most of it easily, I see you've probably ordered what you wanted anyway.
