Upgrading shims to BT 3100 parts

Help, my BT 3000 shims needs to be replaced. I understand that it can be upgraded with the newer BT 3100 parts. What I need to know are what parts do I need, parts descripitons, part numbers and where I can order them. Also, any instructions or advice on how to make this change.
