word of warning on those gauges. Check it when you get it. Mine works great. On my recommendation two friends at work bought one each. One worked, the other the mechanism was stickey and had to be returned.

So 1/3 defective when received, in my experience.

Good point. I suggest tossing it on the TS blade and using the angle adjust. You want to move the blade very gradually and watch the gauge for minute movements in .1-degree increments. If it jumps from 89.9 to 90.1, it is probably sticky and should be replaced.

Good stuff guys. Great procedure but even better to see the discussion here (without the flaming you see elsewhere) to try to perfect it a bit. Love this forum.
