Trying to find elevation/tilt crank article

I know I saw it about 9-12 months back, but I can't seem to find it now. It was on this site, and it was either a forum message or article about modifying the elevation/tilt crank handle. I seem to recall the author used lead shot and epoxy to reinforce the crank handle. I appreciate any help in locating the article or message.

    Wrong Site!

I believe it was by Jim Frye on the Ryobi Woodworking site, I could be wrong, but I don't think so.

Go to their site, sign in and do a search, you should be able to find it.

Thanks. That is what I was looking for. I'm not sure if it is the exact same item (seems like the other one had pictures included) but this tells me everything I need to know and the pictures weren't necessary.

I distinctly remember seeing that, but I don't use the Ryobi forums. So, I know it was at least linked from this site (can't imagine it would have been on sawmill creek or woodnet the other two I look at occasionally). However, I can't seem to shake it out of the search engine here, but that's a different subject...

You are correct that the person used both epoyx and lead, but he also mentioned a gotcha of some sort about drilling holes or the order of opperations that would probably be useful to read again before doing it yourself.

          Sorry, not much help.

          Kristofor.

That's the one I remember. Of course, the other post was also fine, but this gave me details regarding a few pitfalls to avoid. Thanks again for everyone's assistance.
