Question for Loring about dry lube for internal saw parts

    Loring,
I was wondering if I could tap into your knowledge for a minute. Can you take a look at this link and tell me what you think of this "Dry Lube" I am going to clean up the inside of my saw cabinet and was wondering about this lube for the blade elevation slides.

    Thanks in advance,
I guess it sounds OK. Can't think of any problems with Teflon as long as it has no silicone.

Me, I just use Johnson's Paste wax on the shim - slide surfaces, the same stuff I wax the TS and Jointer etc table tops with.

If your only tool is a hammer, you tend to treat all problems as if they were nails.
