Its Renewed or Refurbished. But its a really good price for a really top notch router with a fixed base and variable speed.
Some time back I was looking for a new or used 3.5" router motor of any brand for use in a table mount lift and I couldn't find any used ones for anything as cheap as this.
if you want a Bosch 1617EVS cheap, this is a great deal in my opinion.
If you want a new one, Amazon has them for $141
