yeah my pancake compressor seems to run them fine. Drills and drivers you tend to run in short bursts so the tank will take care of them. If you use a grinder or sprayer where the run time is a lot longer approaching 100% duty cycle then you will have problems.

              $20 and back to HD

Took mine back to HD along with the receipt and tommyt's printout. No problemo. Refunded the difference. Total final cost: $8.54.

No experience with those. I did use a HF model drill that was about $15.00 several years ago.
It was okay if used on the bench with the same drill bit chucked all the time.
Swapping them out was not fast.
The impact should be very useful though.
I hadn't noticed those in air tools before.
Air impacts, use them all the time, air impact drivers, nuevo!

I don't think anyone can argue about price at this point.

Picked a set up at the Kyle, TX HD today. $8.00 - 10% military discount + tax = $7.80 out the door!

3 more on the shelf when I left.

Called my store today and got the P/A over the phone on the drills as well as the compressors I had purchased for a total savings of $70, enough for a tank of gas and a hekuva a lot easier on the phone than driving to the store
