I emailed the seller, asking if they could send me the missing items.
Instead they sent an entire new system at no charge to me.

These must have practically no value at all if they can just give them away like that.

Mine arrived and it did not have the hose, viscosity cup or the needle removal tool . Just sent the seller an email and probably will not get a response until early next week. Keeping my fingers crossed that seller will resolve.

The seller contacted me over the weekend and advised me that they will be shipping a replacement. Got the replacement today and it had all the parts. Very satisfied customer.

I also received a "free" replacement unit that unfortunately, was missing the same needle removal tool for cleaning, plus a couple of extra parts. VMInnovation said call Graco and Graco said "no" to allowing me to buy parts from them since I'm not a distributer. Off to paint store for dual parts of it's back to VM.
