No offense, but...
That really isn't a great deal. I can get walnut, 8 quarter all day long at my local lumber yard for that. If you check around, you might find that you would surprise yourself on what lumber cost sometimes. I bought beech for my workbench for $3 and some change bf 8 quarter a few months ago. -
