Ryobi 1301 Planer Marked Clearance to $194

While checking my local HD for the clearance Ryobi 12" DP (still at $179 ), I noticed that they do have the Ryobi 1301 planer on clearance for $194, down from $230. I am not in the market for a planer (yet) so no idea if this is a good deal or not.

My AP1301 was bought new for $199.00, back in 2008...
