agree with JDON, too. Definately a compact socket set on a 1/4" or 3/8" allen wrench with retaining balls to hold one of the sockets in position. Use the short end for making more torque, the long end for quick spinning on or off nuts.
jadon is correct. My dad passed his on to me in the late 60's. After I purchased a ratchet and socket set it went somewhere and I don't miss it. No ratchet feature, to short for leverage and limited assortment of sizes. Other than the numerous drawbacks it it had nothing going for it.
