    will they really let you use free shipping with a sale item? Rockler is notorious about not letting you combine a promotion with a sale item.

      That set even at the regular price seems inexpensive, and I wonder how good it is. For it to be half price, it could make for a back-up set or one that may have a bit you need at the time.
