I was in my local Lowe's at lunch today and thought I would see if the BD items were on clearance. The Crown Cut was $8.24, and the Trim Loc was $5.49. I bought both.

Last week I was able to get the push stick and a featherboard, both on clearance.

I saw the offset router base for $4.98 at a Lowes in Benton Harbor, MI. I'm proud of myself. Normally whenever I see an item that I might possibly want at 75% off, I jump on it, but decided I would likely never use it and it would just be another piece of clutter.

So, if you are in southwestern Michigan and want a very dusty offset router base or two, you're welcome .

Gee, Joe, that's not the way you're supposed to play the game.

I did, and it was a GREAT deal, as I said, 2 featherboards for $7.25 each.
QUALIFIED for free shipping as a matter of fact...
Details are in the picture, but i dont see the devil...

Those aren,t the same featherboards that were selling at Lowes and you still had to buy something else to get that price, still not that good a deal, sorry I just can,t see paying 10 more dollars for some 2 dollar respirators to save a buck, plus you didn,t get a great deal off a major store like everyone else here, no 99 cent pushsticks or circle cutters or any of the other deals we all benefitted from our one stop shopping spree

Same exact featherboards. Belive it, or don't.
point is, for anyone who would like to listen, these go on sale every once in a while at amazon.
I'll let those who want a good deal know when they do...
Before somebody buys em all, in order to sell them back to you... Yikes.

No fraid not, What you got were the 40-011 featherboards which do not come with the miter slot adaptor, What most of us who went to Lowes bought was the 10-005 which comes with the miter slot adapter attached, a big difference, Your deal was good but you,ll have to pay additional cost to get the miter slot adapter which is more relative to our needs for tablesaw anf router work IMO.I would imagine that after shipping cost for the miter slot adapter your cost will be slightly higher than if you had simply gone to Lowes

                      WTF is your problem?

He shared with us a good deal that he got, which is what this forum is for.

You've added nothing of value to that information.

The added value was that mistatements like his are misleading folks here into believeing that they can get the identical Benchdog Featherboard as shown in the photos for $7+ dollars at amazon for the same price as Lowes. They have to pay extra for the miter slot guide which is about $7 apiece. I intend to inform correctly not make a statement that might mislead someone into thinking something other than actual truths. I believe the problems lies in the fact that apparently some folks here just can,t read very well.
