6 Inch LCD Digital Caliper - 10 bucks shipped

These are the same Chinese Digital calipers that that harbor freight sells, dead on accurate.

This is a good price even for a HF sale or coupon, but if you cant get to a HF then...

you have to buy $49.85 more stuff to get free shipping. Or, 5 calipers if you wish.

      Why? Free shipping is $25.
I reject your reality and substitute my own.

Well I suppose I should have said, free shipping with $25 order from amazon.

But if you get it from hobbytoolsupply shippings free, no min.

Thanks for the tip, in for two. I like these because they are steel, unlike some plastic digital ones I bought for about the same price from HF.

I just picked one up at HF $9.99 with a coupon. Looks like a great deal.

Is there a special promotion code to get free shipping? I just went to their website, on the front page it says:

Flat Rate Domestic Shipping of $1.99

              Thanks,

              Duncan

Ditto on the metal verses plastic, or carbon fiber. My HF carbon fiber fractional is off by a 64th when any presser is applied and you're using the tip rather than next to the shaft to take a measurement. On plywood it's not a factor but trying to sort out the drill bits after dropping the box turned into an exercise in frustration.

Wouldn't that be an exercise in fractions?
