Thanks Tommy. I've been debating this one for the last week, should I add miter slots to my BT or should I jump on the Ridgid saw when it gets cheap. I think that price just made my mind up for me, I'll be scouring the local HD's tonight/tomorrow looking for a $299 saw. I have a 10% off Lowes coupon and a $25 gift card to add to the Ridgid Friends and Family rebate so I should be able to get it for just over $200.

Heavy saw
I got the deal yesterday and started to assemble it today.
Way to heavy to do it by yourself.
So far it looks like a really nice saw. The directions could be a lot better, Not as bad a HF though.Comment
