I looked at that list, its nice but i have a hard time seeing $22,000 at new prices, let alone used prices.

The first four items probably caould be bought for around $1000 ea. generously, and the next 25 items probably ran 250-500 each,
that's $12,000 at new prices so far, that takes you down to the nailers etc which gets you into the $100 range items and below.

I know he's got a lot of small items that add up but I would expect in a used market to only get top dollar for the big ticket tiems with the small ones thrown in.

I wonder if he's throwing in a building?

Only someone brand new to woodworking wouldn't realize that there is no way that amount of used tools should add up to what he's asking, or that having a 4" and a 6" jointer is still 2" less than you really need.

...besides, FWW poo poo'ed the Delta 14" bandsaw as inferior in 2008 while praising Grizzly for its refinement :P

It's probably worth $5,000. if the major tools are in good shape. Good luck trying $22,000.
