    Everything I have bought from the looks to be in brand new condition.
    Likewise. I have a reconditioned jigsaw and miter saw and if you did not see where they stamped "RECON" on them you would never know them from a new tool except they are half the price.

    I ordered the hammer drill last night. By now with all the stuff I have ordered from Grizzly (tension release for my bandsaw and paddle switches), parts from JET, computer parts, etc, my gf probably thinks that I have spent a fortune in the past two weeks. lol

      RECONDITIONED SALES Experience

      I bought the Hitachi Drill from this forum lead and since I work just 3 miles from their warehouse, I opted to pick it up. Just 4 hours after ordering, I dropped in and was very courteously assisted. They are good people. But what's more, they have really got the inventory. I was told that they had sold more than 400 of the hammer drills. My $19.00 reconditioned drill came in a beat-up box, but the drill was near perfect. Got the drill and chuck key only but it's a great deal. This is a legit operation and worthy of my business.

        Ha! I just realized they were in Norcross, GA! Might have to make the drive over sometime (35 miles, but Harbor Freight is in the area, too...)

        Thanks for the report, stevew!

          I ordered three. One for me and two for a buddy. He's giving one to his SIL for Christmas. They wouldn't honor the discount coupon, nor would they discount for combined shipping. Steve, maybe I should have had you pick them up and mail them to me. Still, a great deal. I look forward to receiving them.

              Ordered one on Tuesday afternoon, it showed up via FedEx on Thursday morning. The drill, case and accessories look to be in new condition and it works just like it is supposed to. All in all, an amazing deal for $25 delivered.

                Mine came on Wednesday. Drill, chuck, depth guide & case only. No manual.

                The drill had a couple of marks on it but it was clean and works fine.

                All in all a great deal.

                  Manuals are never included with their recon. tools. From their website;

                  "We do not ship owner's manuals with our reconditioned tools. This keeps our costs low, and it helps the environment. If you don't see a link to the owner's manual below, please contact us and we will rectify the situation. Thank you for your understanding."

                  A PDF for the manual is available from their website.

                    Received mine today. Like other tools I have bought from reconditionedsales.com it looks exactly like a new tool.
