That would be a deal for the SCMI! the only problem is SCMI machines are difficult to get parts for after they get to be about 5 years old.

You can get Bearing and Tires for those saws. Other than that you'd have to break something really.

I suspect they are talking about wheel.... I guess it depends on what chipped means. If it is just a tiny nick that can be honed out and the wheel rebalanced....

Just looked it up. Enco 199-9001 14" wood cutting band saw.

This saw is rated at 1/2 HP, and this particular model appears to be well out of production, and support by the vendor. From what I can figure out from the manual, the saw is built by Shent Tsai in Taiwan, and it appears to be a stripped version of the HF 14" band saw (as if stripping it down further were possible). I rarely say this.... But save your money and wait until you can at least afford a Harbor Freight band saw... That is a cheap saw to begin with, and it has problems...
