What is the "non transferable" part. I fail to see how you can allow a coupon to be printed but not transfer. Is it a one-time use coupon with a specific code ?

Not sure about that. I know they scan them at some stores. But I have printed / used the same 20% coupon at my local HF 2 or 3 times...

I won't be using mine this weekend, my HF still doesn't have my lathe in stock...

Eh- who knows. It's always there, but there's never any identification on the coupon and the barcode number isn't email/person specific.

I really don't think they care too much about it. They seem to be sending these 20% off on a regular basis now. And they all seem to be for short time periods. I think they're happy to get people in the store by any means.

Works fine in my store. Never had any problems. Don't worry about the fine print.
