Try a different store in your area. I have about 20 Lowes within 20 miles of me, 1 still had the old price, the rest have the lower price. You do have to enter a zip code to see the lower price.

The coupon is in the change of address packets at the post office. They used to require you to sign up online, but now the actual coupon is in the packet.
