Lowes has the strangest pricing I have seen lately going on the PC pancake compressor here in the DFW area. About half the stores have the compressor with the 13 piece accessory kit for $159 - the normal price. The rest have it at $89.00. I can see no logic at all to the difference between the store prices - some are only a few miles apart. Anyway, I think it looks like a pretty solid deal at $89.

I was looking at that compressor this am, the salesman said it was $89 a few days ago for the Black Friday sale, asked if they would sell it to me for $89 and he said nope. Oh well, I am not in a hurry. -
If I was a salesman and the item was 40% or $70 cheaper the day before yesterday, I would keep my mouth shut if I was not prepared to honor that price today. What the heck, all you can do is piss off your customer and or make him put off purchasing the item he was about to get.
