Just to be clear, an offer that's limited to supplies on hand is fine. (I think this one may have had such a proviso, but am not certain.) But changing the purchase limits while supplies to remain is different. I studied the listing for some time and could see no other reasonable interpretation other than a set consisting of two clamps, with a two-set-per-size limit. The assertation that a single clamp is a "set" is beyond absurd.
I don't know what the motive for changing the rules was, but Rockler does seem to have a hard time saying what they mean on their web site. Perhaps they ought to just shut it down and concentrate on their B&M stores.
