There's not any left in the three Fort Worth stores, unless they get more in. I would like to have found some 36" versions but I only found 4 more 24 inchers.

I was pleased to get about a 25 1/2" spread out of them today. You have to remove the little yellow stop to get them out that far. I really needed a little more distance than my 24" quick grips would deliver. It sure did beat getting out my 60" pipe clamps.

So that's why I couldn't find any in Greensboro !

Glad to see another Greensborian here. Welcome to the forum.

so i went yesterday to check these clamps out, and ended up buying 10 of the 36" with the 20% coupon i got an email the other day.

man, that puts the cost of each clamp to $6.80. these clamps seem to be much better than the 10 that i bought from rockler last thanks giving for 5.00 a piece. they are reversable!

i noticed the deep reach ones were all priced at $10 and the type depth ones at $8, no matter whether they were 12" ro 36"!

LOML has forbidden me from even looking at a picture of clamps

Tendedhe coupon that wigam00 posted is no longer available. The site states This Big Lots promotion has ended. It was a good offer and thanks for the link. I'm just too slow on the draw one more time.
            Blessings,

ironhat, the coupon was only valid for sunday. that is why i waited till sunday. actually, i was too lazy sunday, but my wife had to go somewhere, so i ended up going. other wise i too would have passed on the coupon offer.

Has anyone checked their stores to see if they got more in yet? I'd still like to pick up some 36" ones.

I've bought a few 24" (McKinney, TX Store) and 12" ones (Allen, TX store), but I have yet to see any 36" ones around here.

I stopped by the Fort Worth store on McCart again today, they didn't get any more in. I probably ought to find a good manager to see if they might know more.

I just tried the one near me, again, with no luck. I don't know if they ever had them.

I stopped by the local Big Lots (Glen Burnie, MD) yesterday.
They had a large number of clamps.

                        I grabed 4 each of
                        12" deep throat
                        24" deep throat
                        30" deep throat
                        36" shallow throat.

They had a lot more of the 24" deep throat (I'll guess 20 - 30),
and a lot of the 12".

These are defineitly heavy duty. I compared them with my JET F-camp,
the bar is a snug fit in my clamp rack where the JET has some play.

The shallow throats were $8 and the deep were $10 independent of length.

I may have gone a bit overboard, but at this price you can't go wrong.
