Since I have never used toggle clamps, what type of applications are you using these for? I need a reason to buy them! Thanks
What if there is no tomorrow?....there wasn't one today!

they make good hold downs for jigs and stuff where you have a piece clamped to a fixture which is aligned to the tool fences or reference points. The toggle hold down clamps mount to the side, and the lever arm apply quite a few pounds of pressure down to securely hold workpieces in place as you move the jig or tool. They're small/compact and more reliable and expendable than fingers.

If your only tool is a hammer, you tend to treat all problems as if they were nails.

Like Loring said, they're great for jigs.

I've used them in other applications too. This is a knock down tournament bracket board. The toggle clamps aren't the prettiest solution, but it sure makes it easy to switch out the different sized brackets.
