I was watching an episode of Holmes on Homes last night and they were putting on a roof addition and I had to laugh when "Mr. Dewalt" was cutting a birds mouth with either a 1584 or 1591 barrel grip BOSCH!

Wouldn't the image of Mike Holmes using the Bosch jigsaw make a nice ad for the Bosch company? lol

So don't worry about using those power tools in the rain with a frayed cord!

I agree 100%. Don't even think of getting the thin B&D or Skil blades. The Bosch blades are the ones to go with. The Bosch have enough shank thickness to keep from wandering in the cut and they are SHARP when you get them. Although they are significantly more expensive than other brands, they are, in my opinion, worth the price.

My favorite is the T101B for most general wood cutting. It will get you through all but the smallest radius cuts and works well in most types of hardwood, softwood and plywood. Good for most thickness wood you cut with a Jigsaw.

If you really need tight scroll work, then the T119BO has been a good choice for me. It doesn't have the length of the T101B, so is best used for thinner material (3/4 or less).

Thanks for the blade info, my 90 is on the way from Amazon, great to have a heads up on the blades!
