Its made by the folks and very similar design to the HTC2000... the PM1000 is a bit smaller maximum size and I think 400# rated instead of 600#.
The HTC design good points are that the fram is made by overlapping Angle irons that are drilled every inch, so you can customize to the nearest inch. There are no wood pieces you have to cut, and you don't have to drill holes or otherwise modify your tool. Two wheels are fixed, two swivel and are on lifts you can operate with your foot.

With the other lifts, you have to cut hardwood bars to length (Delta, HF) and may have to drill holes in the legs of your tool (Herculift).

I have three tools currently on HTC2000 bases; paid around 42-59 dollars for each of them... $19 is a bargain even considering the smaller load/size. I was going to buy one or two to stash for the next tool, had I been able to find them. Sears and Woodcraft also sell the HTC2000 under their house brand names for around 50-59 dollars.

These are no where in the western stores. Seems most of these deals at HD are on the eastern seaboard.

I picked up two today at the Richfield, MN store.

This will sure make my drill press a little more useful.

Well, I finally found them at the 3rd HD I visited in Duluth, GA (I was also looking at clearance hardwood flooring). They were in a box in the middle of the aisle with the door hardware. All 3 stores I visited said they had a dozen or more, no idea where they were in the other stores, but there were 10 or 15 remaining when I left.

          Thx OP!

The store on South Blvd in Charlotte (next to the Klingspor shop) had 3 listed in the computer, but they couldn't find them (of course, the guy who helped me had no idea what a mobile base was). I bought the last one i found at the store on Independence (didn't check inventory though), and couldn't find any (didn't check inventory) at the University City one.

They had three in the Lilburn Georgia store last week. Didn't find them in the tool area, they were just sitting on the floor in one of the aisles.
I had a price check done and they were still $29.

After this alert I went back Saturday morning and they had dropped the price to $19.

Picked up two and left one for the next guy.

Went to two HDs this morning in Maryland, and didn't see them. When I got
home, I called the first HD (Gaithersburg, MD) and asked them to check the
UPC. They also checked the corresponding SKU. Sorry, none in the area.

Tonight I had to go to the 2nd HD (Germantown, MD) for some random stuff.
I was in the hardware aisle by the plastic covered hooks and storage hangers
and there were 6 of them sitting on a shelf. Price tag still said $29 but when
I went to check-out they came up as $19.

So there's 4 left in Germantown and possibly some in Gaithersburg, but not in
the tool area or by the sawhorses/outfeed support.

                  Happy Hunting!

Picked up 2 at the store in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. They still had 6 more in stock for $19.

None anywhere close to Lufkin TX but the store computer showed 11 in MT Pleasant and some in Texarkana. Hope somebody gets some.

Picked up the last two at the Schaumburg store on Barrington Rd. They guy was clueless as to what they were, after he looked up the SKU, he knew exactly where they were. Go figure...

Hmm, I've now got two of these, two of the Delta bases from Lowes, and two of the Herc-u-lifts. All of which still need to be mounted. Procrastination... Maybe I'll get around to it tomorrow.

I picked up the last one at a local store here to replace a Delta one I was going to use. These seem pretty nice. I asked if they could find any more in my area, and unfortunately they couldn't.

On a side note, I saw them at a local Menards for $45- which is still cheaper than the $55-60 people have seen them elsewhere. Food for thought, if you can't find them at an HD.

I picked up 3 Fri. Night from the HD on Chantilly here in Montgomery, AL. They had several left. I decided that I like these a little better than the Delta's we got back last fall. I'm still going to use the one Delta I have left...probably on my drill press cabinet.

So far, one is under the Delta jointer, one will go under the router table, and I may put the planer on a stand (currently on a rolling cabinet that I don't like very much) and then put the last one under it.

I went to the HD that is closest to me. At first they didn't know what I was asking about because I don't think they had ever carried the mobile base. I didn't have the SKU with me, but they looked it up in the contractor area by entering the PM1000 p/n. That brought up the SKU and UPC code. Then they checked all stores in the Nashville, TN region and found 8 at the Hermitage, TN store. They called that store to see if they still had them. They still had 5 so after I got 2 they still had 3. They showed 1 other unit in another Nashville store. On the screen they showed me the base was identified as clearance with the $19 price .

There were four at the West Frederick Maryland store on the Golden Mile; now there are two in my van for a friend and two left on the shelf after Monday night. There are none at the other Frederick store next to Borders Books.

I'd put one on my old Delta contractor's saw at Christmas (my BT3000 already had a home-made one) and my brother put one on his Delta. These work very very well, even with a small Biesemeyer extension off to the right side. There is still some head-scratching involved in getting the dimensions exactly right, so it helps to have a friend help you lift your saw on and off and on and off and on the base until you get each side the correct length.
