        Sorry, but I can't speak to the Pinnacle. The Veritas was my first hand jig, and performed well enough that I didn't have occasion to try anything else.

          I have not used the Pinnacle either. The veritas jig comes in 2 pieces so it might take a little more to set up. It is also less expensive. I made my purchase based on the recommendation from the guy at woodcraft who had used the prior veritas jig as well as the Pinnacle. his recommnedation (and his own purchase) was based on similar performance for less cost.
