Can't say I expect to believe every claim from a classified ad but I agree this smells.
You would think with the big laguna logo painted on the machine they would have gotten some kind on written agreement from the buyer or at least permanently marked the saw with a disclaimer to prevent any negative reflection back on the brand name. Most manufacturers would destroy such trial models, give them to employees, or keep them in storage. Could you see someone reselling a Ford test car on craigslist?

That's just wrong. I don't mind capitalism and selling for a profit but seems like false advertising to me since it's not an actual laguna bandsaw. It was a prototype that was given to laguna by a manufacturer which laguna decided not to use.

I've seen alot of ads by him. I think he's a professional craigslister.
