I think I just put 2 and 2 together, and realized why the Schronce is PO'd.

She told me she had all the paperwork and was still getting the run-around. I went inside to the tool department and the guy there offered me a calender instead and then a manager walked up and told him he couldn't do that and conveniently disappeared. I was in hurry as I had somewhere to go so I just left.
I emailed Sears about not getting the bag and they just sent me an email and told me to place an order for the bag online and then send them the order number or call them and they would credit my cc for the amount of the order. They said they would also pay for standard shipping to my home.

So when I go to pick up this item at the store, do I go to to tool dept. and try to get a salesperson there to get one for me?

Or should I go to the merchandise pickup door at the back of the building?

I initially went to the pickup area, but they didn't have any tool bags there, so the associate had me go to the tool dept and they issued me a tool bag that had $9.99 marked as the price because they didn't have any $4.99 bags. They rang it up on the register, did an override, and showed the price as 0.00. Then I went back to the pickup area, but the guy there still had to go down to the tool dept to get the 2-drawer chest.
