    This deal appears to be dead, the 220 volt system is showing $51 now.

      It went dead for a while, then came back. The original post was Wed., Thursday it went up, and I order a 220 model Friday after double checking and seeing the price back down. You may want to check back there a coupe times and see if it goes down.

        I don't suppose there would be any reason to get one of these 220V models for use with the HF 2 HP DC? I'm pretty sure it cannot be rewired for 220V operation.

          No, the HF 2HP DC is 120V only, alas. If it could be rewired for 240V I'd have done it the day I brought it home.
