I just checked on my order online. Status is listed as open. Then if I click on the order number to pull up the details, the order total is $0.00 and the status shows canceled.
Received a message on my answering machine from woodcraft saying that there was an error on their website and my order was canceled. Then this morning I checked my email and found an order confirmation from woodcraft for my free $50 gift card! Seems like a pretty reasonable peace offering.
