As many of you have read the 22104 table saw from Sears is made by Orion, a division of Steel City. Old Delta guys formed a company that puts out nice machinery and the reviews on various computer chat rooms have been extremely favorable. It is a bargain at the regular price but they have been marking it down. I was thrilled when I bought mine at 349.00 but now its 264.97 online and an absolute steal. I love mine and would recommend anyone to buy one quick-while you can. It is heavy, smooth and step up from the bt3100 that is comparable to saws costing 3x as much. These are not portable like the bt3100 but a definite step up for a serious woodworker.
steal at this price

Wow, that is a killer price! I bought the steel wing version for my Dad last Christmas and was impressed. Fence was just ok, but for that price you could live with it! -
$480 shipped, unless you can talk a store into price matching.Happiness is sort of like wetting your pants....everyone can see it, but only you can feel the warmth.Comment

I have yet to find a store with one in stock. I was contemplating this one over the TS3650, but wanted the cast iron wings, so I went with the Rigid instead. I also didn't want to fork over $215 for shipping, $$ for the dust chute etc. etc..If it ain't one thing... It's 12 @#$%ing things!Comment

I don't think so. It comes in a steel cage. You would have to take the steel cage off. Then you could lay it down. Course Sears has plenty of tools there to get the cage off.Comment

That is a killer price, but the shipping kills the deal IMO. The 22114 is a little more, on sale and usually carried in the store and comes with a few more goodies. If you can find the 22104 in a store then its a great deal.RAGS
