    steal at this price

As many of you have read the 22104 table saw from Sears is made by Orion, a division of Steel City. Old Delta guys formed a company that puts out nice machinery and the reviews on various computer chat rooms have been extremely favorable. It is a bargain at the regular price but they have been marking it down. I was thrilled when I bought mine at 349.00 but now its 264.97 online and an absolute steal. I love mine and would recommend anyone to buy one quick-while you can. It is heavy, smooth and step up from the bt3100 that is comparable to saws costing 3x as much. These are not portable like the bt3100 but a definite step up for a serious woodworker.

Wow, that is a killer price! I bought the steel wing version for my Dad last Christmas and was impressed. Fence was just ok, but for that price you could live with it!

I concur. This is a STEAL. I bought mine for aornud 350$ last september which to me was an awesome price for this saw. Wow. 265$ is a killer price for the saw. I love the saw.

It doesn't look like you can buy it online and pick it up in the store. Am I wrong?

$480 shipped, unless you can talk a store into price matching.

Can you load this into the back of a Yukon? Or do you need a Pickup with an open bed?

I have yet to find a store with one in stock. I was contemplating this one over the TS3650, but wanted the cast iron wings, so I went with the Rigid instead. I also didn't want to fork over $215 for shipping, $$ for the dust chute etc. etc..

I don't think so. It comes in a steel cage. You would have to take the steel cage off. Then you could lay it down. Course Sears has plenty of tools there to get the cage off.

I was able to lay down a 22124 in the carton with the steel cage, in the back of my Expedition.

That is a killer price, but the shipping kills the deal IMO. The 22114 is a little more, on sale and usually carried in the store and comes with a few more goodies. If you can find the 22104 in a store then its a great deal.

Wow, I would have never thought it would have fit in the back of my Expedition. I rented a Uhaul trailer for $20 to get mine.

This has got to be the thread with the least amount of details in it...

So - has anyone been able to get a match to the web price?
