The clamp qualifies. Try it out online. I tried it out couple of hours back. It takes the price of 2 for 49$ + it tells me about the rebate too. I printed the page out so that I can take it to my local rockler store and buy it there.

Do you have a saved copy of that page? I wanted to print it out and show my local store (in case they say no). I don't see any mention of the rebate when I tried it online.
