    Thanks Larry, that is what I thought. The first line made me think it might be the former.......

    "Receive an in-store coupon for purchases of select power tools within The Home Depot’s Hardware Department valued at $199 or more."

    I guess I will know more this weekend, or next.

        I checked this out today. The store had a big sign that said ALL portable power tools qualify for the rebates which was verified by sales rep. Gonna jump on the Ridgid 13" Planer ($349) and PC Var Speed Orbital Sander ($53) for total of $327 after $75 discount. Not too shabby...Same deal with DeWalt DW735 planer ($549) and the sander would be $417 after $125 discount and $60 DeWalt rebate. That's tempting too.

          go to homedepotmoving.com and sign up for a 10% off coupon. chances are you'll receive it via email in a couple days. that would be a sweet additional discount

            Yes it would be but been there done that once before...I didn't check whether you are allowed to stack discounts with these rebates?

              There is a disclaimer in the fine print about other offers do not apply or something like that. Going from memory, may want to read it for yourself.
