Wilton Clamps at Big Lots

Doubt that this qualifies for a bargain but I just returned from Big Lots and noted that they have packages of 4 Wilton Spring Clamps for $8.

It does when you consider that I found them at one near home for $3 in a package of 6.
I'd buy at $8 a pack.

I don't understand the math involved here...
4 for $8 ($2 ea) is a better deal than $3 for 6 ($0.50 ea?)
but I don't like spring clamps, either, so no big deal.

My guess is its $3 each in a pack of 6 which would be $18 for the pack.
