    Can they call that a rabbeting set if it doesn't have bearing guides?
    Looks just like a straight bit set to me. I suppose you could rabbet with it if you had an edge guide and it was a straight board.

    I think of a rabbeting bit set as a ~1-3/8" diameter short profile bit with a bearing guide and an assortment of bearings where the difference in the radius of the bearing and the bit gives you the rabbet width. You can rabbet any curved or straight edge with the bearing allowing you to follow the wood edge.

      Hickory call s the same exact set a "straight bit set"

      The sole reviewer slammed them. Apparently the "high quality" they mention was non existent.
