BTW - it definitely appears that the EVSPKE is caput and the the EVSPK has been upgraded to displace it. I ordered the EVSPKE but the packing slip said EVSPK. It seemed to have most everything it was supposed to have, barring two of the three guide bushings. A call to Bosch got them in the mail to me.

THe upside is that you got a better dust collection attachment, IMHO.

      Thanking you AND cursing you

Well, the product description doesn't match the picture (number of templates, as posted). But I have to both say thank you, and (censored) it, at the same time! I had been waiting for a special on the old kit, which Amazon swapped in my wish list (Personally I think it should have been listed as no longer available, but this item is similar). Today I did a bunch of errands, and came back to find this listing. It cut into the camera budget, as I will only allow myself so much play a month. So now I either have to wait, or step down to the consumer camera (see other post for reference).

      Ain't that life!

Just a heads-up. I ordered this and the summary showes $174.02 but since they were shipped separately the individual invoices showed $184.73 when added together - they missed $10.71 discount on the bit set.

This is such a remarkable deal, anyone 'sitting on the fence' is just not a buyer. This is the one router set that I own, and I bought it at about the price offered (plus tax). I also bought seperately at full price this particular T&G set. Imagine getting it for free. It was used by me to make Shaker style door panels. The width of the tongue and groove are adjustable to fit almost any thickness plywood panels.

Might contact them, I just got my email saying part 2 was shipped. Total shown billed to my cc was $174.02. Only reason I am not happy, I can't play with it yet!

              Definitely call them.

For future reference, especially on deals like this, anytime I take it to the next step and I have a screen that puts the totals and rebates on there, I print that out. I reckon it will be at least a little help to me if I have a dispute with them.

And yeah, I finally have gone ahead and pulled the trigger on this one as well. Great tools at what seems to be a really good price. Hard to pass up when you need a router.

                  MBG,

My router set just shipped, too. But the details are a little different:

                  For the Router:

                  Item(s) Subtotal: $ 231.02
                  Shipping & Handling: $ 0.00
                  Promotional Certificate: $ -39.29
                  Promotion Applied: $ 0.00
                  Promotion Applied: $ -55.00
                  -----
                  Total for this Shipment: $136.73

                  For the Freud bits:

                  Item(s) Subtotal: $ 69.99
                  Shipping & Handling: $ 0.00
                  Promotional Certificate: $ -10.71
                  Promotion Applied: $ -7.00
                  Promotion Applied: $ -14.99
                  -----
                  Total for this Shipment: $37.29

The total comes out to be $174.02. I think the error in your totals comes from the router, not the bit set.
