Well, I bought a Makita router kit from you and have been waiting for the router bits to come up but unfortunately, I got the email six hours after it was all over! I'm just not meant to buy Makita bits for this kit, I guess.

It sounds like you "saw" the email six hours after Mark sent it. If your on the mailing list you would get it right away. At least that's been my experience.

If you read the previous posts you'll see that there may be a set with your name on it. Email him to work something out.

Thanks to davidtu for this posting. I admit that prior to this I really hadn't heard of HDT. I had been watching this thread and was frustrated that I missed out on the first round. However, thanks to help from Mark @ HDT (and this thread) I was able to get on the list and placed an order this morning. There was a slight issue with the sending of the credit card info that has left the order in a pending status, but Mark seems on top of it. This is such a great deal that HDT definitely has my attention from this point forward.

yeah, it's definitely great customer service. I ordered my kit; it was shipped within like a few hours and received like within 48 hours of payment. super fast service.

Yes. HDT is the best. I ordered 2 sets and itz here already. We should absolutely promote the excellent customer service. More savings for us and more business for HDT. I give them a ***** rating. I basically implement customer service solutions. Boy, these guys know it so well.
