If you use this stuff, you know what a good price this is.

The code is gorilla to get your discount.

Whoa - didn't work? Gee, it says right on the page to use that code. I wonder if you have to enter into the web page from their Home page?
      Try that.

It's not possible they're sold out, is it? Don't they say so if they are?

Looks like the special was for a few minutes. I tried within an hour of getting the email and didn't work for me either.

Anyone have any luck with this?

HDT email specials last until the stock is gone, usually a few minutes.
I can't imagine using over a quart of Roo glue before it goes bad, anyway.

I never have got to buy anything except 1 time always OOS. I think Woodnet forum members have their email accounts page them with HDT specials.

Thanks Stormbringer - after seeing your post just tried it again and this time it worked. Maybe they initially had a glitch with the code.

                    shelf life

Does anyone know if this stuff has a shelf life if it has not been opened? I know after you open it and gets exposed to air it is shortened.

                    Thanks,
                    john

                        Gorilla Code

I emailed Mark at Heavy Duty this morning after trying it. He emailed back he had made a mistake setting it up for 24 sales rather than I guess 24 hours. So it shutdown after 24 purchases. Got mine.

                          Shelf Life

I think this stuff will last at least a year after opening it, as long as there is little or no air in the bottle. Squeeze all of the air out and/or transfer the glue into smaller bottles to keep it fresh.

I've never tried it, but it might be effective if you squirt some inert gas into the bottle to displace the air, like you can do with polyurethane.

John, Gorilla Glue's shelf life is at least 3 years.
